Role Summary

The Pharmacists responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring protected medication management, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and effective service delivery to patients and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management
Supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations.
Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions.
Maintain proper documentation and records.

Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages/expiry.
Coordinate procurement and vendor management.
Conduct regular stock audits.

Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and hospital policies.
Maintain required licenses and statutory records.
Implement quality and safety standards.

Team Supervision




Lead and train pharmacy staff.
Assign duties and monitor performance.
Promote teamwork and professional conduct.

Patient & Clinical Support
Provide medication guidance to patients when required.
Coordinate with doctors and nursing teams.
Ensure timely medication supply to wards.

Reporting & Documentation
Prepare pharmacy reports and usage analysis.
Maintain billing and transaction accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
