We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Fresher Pizza Chef / Trainee Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will receive training in pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings, oven operation, food safety, and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and ingredients.
Learn and follow standard pizza recipes and preparation methods.
Assist with stretching, shaping, topping, and baking pizzas.
Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment under supervision.
Maintain proper portion sizes and food quality.
Keep the pizza station clean, organized, and hygienic.
Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Check the freshness and quality of ingredients.
Assist senior chefs during busy working hours.
Help with stock arrangement and proper food storage.




Minimize food wastage and maintain cleanliness.
Follow instructions from the Senior Chef / Kitchen Manager.

Requirements
Fresher candidates are welcome.
Basic knowledge of cooking or food preparation is an advantage.
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
Valuable teamwork and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
Valuable hygiene and cleanliness habits.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
