Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in the pharmaceutical industry through calls, emails, and online platforms
Understand the basic applications and technical details of the company’s products to explain them clearly to customers
Prepare and share quotations and proposals as per customer requirements
Follow up with customers and assist in negotiating pricing and commercial terms (with guidance if required)
Ensure smooth processing of orders and coordinate internally for timely delivery of products
Work with the QA team for required documentation and support vendor qualification processes
Handle customer communication professionally and resolve their technical queries




Support the manager in daily tasks and follow company SOPs and guidelines
Perform any other sales-related work assigned by seniors or management

Note:
No sales targets
No field work with customers (Office-based role only)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
