Position: Office Admin & IT Support Manager

Job Location: Nehru Place, Delhi
Qualification: Graduate with any IT-related course/certification
Experience: 4+ Years preferred

Admin Tasks
Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
Handle complete Travel Desk – Flight, Hotel, Train, Bus and Visa arrangements.
Manage office purchases, procurement and vendor coordination.
Handle office maintenance, repairs and AMC coordination.
Supervise housekeeping, pantry and office hygiene.
Manage stationery, courier and dispatch desk.
Coordinate office events, meetings and employee arrangements.
Maintain office assets, inventory and administrative records.
Handle vendor quotations, negotiations, invoices and payment coordination.

IT Tasks
Provide day-to-day basic IT support to employees.
Desktop/Laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
System installation, formatting and configuration.
Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, router and network troubleshooting.
Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Portal – users, licenses, email accounts and access.




Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft Office applications.
Manage CCTV systems and coordinate troubleshooting/maintenance.
Manage IT inventory – laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices and accessories.
Configure systems and IT access for recent employees.
Manage IT asset allocation/return during employee joining and exit.
Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced technical issues.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with an IT-related course/certification in Hardware, Networking, Computer Applications, Microsoft Technologies or System Administration.
