Key Responsibilities:
Handle purchase requisitions for mechanical/electrical items, consumables, tools, PPE, and other MRO requirements.

Requirements:
Positive working knowledge of RFQ preparation, vendor comparison, and PO processing.
Basic technical understanding of mechanical/electrical hardware such as fasteners, cables, connectors, PPE, tools, and consumables.
Positive vendor coordination, follow-up, and basic negotiation skills.
Organized, process-driven, and comfortable handling multiple purchase requirements.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar), MS Word, and Outlook.
Willingness to travel.
Prepare RFQs, collect vendor quotations, and make comparative statements.
Process Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.




Manage a high volume of small-value purchase requirements with quick turnaround.
Coordinate with Stores for material receipt, short supply, quality issues, and GRN closure.
Maintain vendor database and support onboarding of new local vendors.
Track open POs and ageing, and proactively highlight delays to the Assistant Manager – Purchase.
Support vendor follow-ups, basic negotiations, cost tracking, vendor performance reports, and audits.
Assist with procurement documentation and follow-ups for cell, cooling-system, and container requirements as required.
Maintain proper records and vendor correspondence.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
