Vishal Sewtech is a leading distributor and service provider based in Noida specializing in advanced industrial sewing machinery, automation equipment, genuine spare parts, and component-level electronics servicing. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure smooth accounting compliance at our Noida office.

Job Overview

The Accountant will oversee daily bookkeeping, billing, ledger maintenance, vendor/client reconciliations, daily reminders to all the debters and tax compliance (GST and TDS). This role is vital to keeping our financial records accurate, transparent, and up-to-date across our equipment sales, spare parts inventory, and repair service divisions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger maintenance using Busy/accounting software.
Generate GST-compliant tax invoices for machinery sales, spare parts, and technical repair services.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, following up on client payments and scheduling timely vendor disbursements.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations, and inventory record matching.




Assist with statutory compliance, including GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) preparation, TDS deductions, and e-way bill generation.
Maintain organized filing systems for purchase orders, bills, receipts, and tax documentation.
Coordinate with the management team and external Chartered Accountant (CA) for monthly reporting and annual audits.

Key Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
4+ years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably within trading, manufacturing, or distribution businesses.
Robust proficiency in Busy software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic financial sheets).
Solid working knowledge of GST filing rules, TDS, e-invoicing, and Indian taxation basics.
High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and integrity.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
