Position: Production Supervisor
Department: Production
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily production targets.
Supervise and guide production staff.
Ensure quality standards and defect-free output.
Drive process improvements and lean practices.
Maintain compliance with safety and company policies.
Prepare production reports for management.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in production supervision.
Pay: ₹11,010.62 - ₹20,000.00 per month
