Job Description – Relationship Manager

Position: Relationship Manager (RM)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Sector 47, Gurgaon

Industry: Glass / Building Materials / Manufacturing

Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Relationship Manager with 3–4 years of experience in customer relationship management, client handling, and Proforma Invoice (PI) generation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Generate and process Proforma Invoices (PI) accurately.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Maintain customer records and update CRM.




Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
Prepare basic daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Required Skills
MBA/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management / Sales Coordination / Customer Support.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of PI generation, MS Office, Excel, and CRM.
Robust coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Glass / Building Materials / Manufacturing industry will be preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
