About the role

Lisaaj India is hiring a full-time E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive for our office in Sikar, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should be confident with computers and able to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, product listings and digital marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities
Create, update and optimise product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and websites
Manage product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory and catalogue accuracy
Plan, run and monitor Facebook, Instagram and Meta Ads campaigns
Manage social media content, promotions and digital marketing activities
Run marketplace advertising campaigns and optimise them for better performance
Track reach, leads, conversions and ad spend; prepare reports and suggest improvements
Handle order-related back-office work and coordinate with the team
Use MS Excel/Google Sheets for reports, inventory and data management
Troubleshoot basic laptop, desktop, browser and software issues

Required skills
Positive practical knowledge of e-commerce listing and catalogue management




Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising and campaign optimisation
Solid computer skills and good working knowledge of laptops and PCs
Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets and internet tools
Good attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills
Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar marketplaces is preferred
