Roles & Responsibilities:
Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOP.
Following the defined steps of guest service.
Maintaining the cleaning & hygiene aspects of the store.
Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store.
Managing product hygiene and expiry.
Managing store visual merchandising.
Execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by management, driving business growth and market expansion.
Having basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine.
Having knowledge about the food safety rules and demonstrating them while working.
Handling the basic level product-related complaints as the per process.
Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records.
Supporting the Store Manager in stock reconciliations.
Maintaining a safe and healthy work workplace.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in the similar profile.
Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an added advantage.
Experience in a retail setting will be an added advantage.




Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Versatile and works well with a team.
Ability to multitask.
Experience in luxury retail or hospitality
