Role Purpose

The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into qualified and confirmed site visits for Little Konkan Farm.

The role requires solid communication, disciplined follow-up and the ability to identify genuine buying intent.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact assigned leads promptly.

· Understand customer requirement, budget, intended use and buying timeline.

· Explain the project accurately and create initial interest.

· Qualify customers based on requirement, budget, and location preference and buying intent.

· Identify family decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.

· Handle initial objections professionally.

· Follow up systematically with interested customers.

· Schedule and reconfirm site visits.

· Maintain complete CRM records after every interaction.

· Maintain a dated next action for every active lead.

· Coordinate confirmed visits with the Sales Manager.

· Maintain daily calling, connection, follow-up and site-visit reports.





· Rework older leads and dormant enquiries through structured follow-up.

· Generate referrals from existing customer conversations where appropriate.

Ideal Candidate

· 1 to 4 years of telecalling / inside-sales / real-estate sales experience preferred.

· Solid Hindi, Marathi and English communication.

· Confident speaking with customers and families.

· Good listening and qualification skills.

· Comfortable making repeated follow-ups.

· Target-oriented and disciplined.

· CRM knowledge preferred.

· Real-estate experience preferred.

Important

The objective is not to generate artificial appointments.

The objective is to generate genuine, qualified site visits with a realistic possibility of purchase.

Quality of appointments and eventual conversion will be more important than raw calling volume.

Pay: ₹8,642.27 - ₹31,256.23 per month
