Job Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.
Train, guide, and motivate the team.
Generate business through the team and expand the distribution network.
Monitor team performance and support them in achieving targets.
Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
No sales — the primary focus is team building and business development.
Complete training will be provided.
A excellent prospect for freshers as well!
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
