Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, analyzing data, creating dashboards and presenting data in a clear and meaningful format.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Excel reports.
Manage, clean and organize data from different sources.
Create MIS Reports, Excel Dashboards, Pivot Tables, Charts and Graphs.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and key insights.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations (PPT) based on data and analysis.
Create visual reports and dashboards for management review.
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data and reports.
Support the team with regular and ad-hoc data analysis requirements.
Improve and automate reporting processes wherever possible.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
Knowledge of VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF,



SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Charts & Conditional Formatting.
Good understanding of Data Analysis and Data Visualization.
Positive knowledge of PowerPoint (PPT) and presentation making.
Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BE/B.Tech, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related field.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience are preferred.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
