Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, handle enquiries, coordinate with customers and dealers, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, website, social media, and other platforms.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and dealers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for customer requirements.
Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
Collect customer feedback and ensure timely support.




Support the sales team in improving customer satisfaction and achieving targets.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
English proficiency preferred.
Tamil and Hindi communication skills preferred.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Customer-focused and qualified approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Valuable organisational and multitasking abilities.
1–3 years of experience in customer relationship, sales coordination, or customer support preferred.
Experience in building materials/manufacturing is an advantage.
