Job Title: Business Development Manager – RCM (US Healthcare)

Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,746.87 per month + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities and acquire new US healthcare providers
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Build and maintain a robust US provider pipeline; achieve revenue targets
Develop customized RCM proposals and negotiate contracts/pricing
Conduct market research and develop outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, referrals)
Coordinate with operations for smooth client onboarding

Requirements




Minimum 3+ years experience as BDM specifically in US Healthcare RCM
Proven track record of closing RCM deals
Strong knowledge of AR Services, Medical Billing, Denial Management, Credentialing, and End-to-End RCM
Experience handling US clients directly
Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal drafting skills
