Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will manage customer enquiries, understand property requirements, conduct client meetings and site visits, and support customers throughout the property-buying process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on customer enquiries provided by the sales or pre-sales team.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
Conduct calls, client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and relevant information to prospective customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and build relationships with prospective buyers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer engagement.
Assist customers during the property booking and documentation process.




Update customer interactions and follow-up details in the CRM system.
Work towards assigned sales and business targets.
Maintain a qualified approach during all customer interactions.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, hospitality, banking, retail, or similar customer-facing roles.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and build professional relationships.
Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales setting.
Willingness to learn and develop a career in residential real estate sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
