Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing Tandoor dishes and basic food preparation.
Handle marination, cutting, chopping, and mise en place.
Support the Tandoor Chef during daily kitchen operations.
Assist in preparing breads, kebabs, and other Tandoor items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the Tandoor section.
Follow food safety, quality, and kitchen SOPs.
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a Tandoor kitchen preferred.
Basic knowledge of Tandoor cooking and Indian cuisine.
Positive hygiene and kitchen discipline.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
