Guru Kripa Design Studio is a reputed gold temple jewellery manufacturing unit known for its craftsmanship, quality, and intricate traditional designs is looking for a proactive and organized Process Coordinator to oversee and streamline our jewellery production workflow. The role involves coordinating with production teams, monitoring progress, taking regular follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to maintain production efficiency and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the overall jewellery production process.
Take regular follow-ups with artisans and production team members to track work progress.
Ensure timely completion of manufacturing stages according to production schedules.
Maintain proper records of work orders, job cards, and production status.
Communicate with design, production, and management teams to resolve workflow issues.
Identify delays or bottlenecks and take necessary steps to maintain smooth operations.




Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Assist in planning daily and weekly production activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any Stream
Fresher to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in jewellery production.
Solid coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with teams effectively.
Basic knowledge of production processes and workflow management.
Proficiency in MS Excel or basic production tracking tools is preferred.
