We are looking for a creative and technically solid Food Technologist / Food R&D; Skilled to develop and improve our range of healthy food products, including diabetic-friendly mithais, farsan, high-protein snacks and other better-for-you food products.

Key Responsibilities

Research and develop current healthy food products and recipes.

Develop diabetic-friendly / low-sugar and sugar-reduced mithai, farsan and snack products.

Research suitable alternatives to refined sugar and other less desirable ingredients.

Formulate high-protein products using appropriate protein sources.

Work on improving protein, calcium, fibre and overall nutritional value of products.

Calculate and optimise ingredient ratios, nutrition and serving size.

Conduct multiple product trials and improve taste, texture, appearance and shelf life.





Develop healthier alternatives to conventional junk food without compromising taste.

Research new ingredients, functional ingredients, sweeteners and nutritional sources.

Coordinate with laboratories for nutritional analysis and product testing.

Maintain proper records of recipes, formulations, trials and final product specifications.

Ensure product formulations are aligned with applicable FSSAI requirements and permitted ingredients.

Work closely with the production team to scale successful laboratory/kitchen trials into commercial production.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
