About the Role

Grow Research Analyst is looking for motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, explaining the company's services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Freshers will receive proper training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain company services and plans to prospective clients in a professional manner.
Follow up regularly with interested and existing clients.
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Handle client queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
Follow company policies,



procedures, and professional standards.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper workplace conduct.

Eligibility

For Freshers:
Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.
Freshers will be provided with training related to sales, communication, CRM, and company processes.

For Experienced Candidates:
Previous experience in sales, telecalling, financial services, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
