Costing Executive – Key Responsibilities
Product Costing: Prepare detailed costing for products based on raw material, labour, overheads, and other production expenses.
Raw Material Cost Analysis: Calculate and monitor the cost of raw materials, components, packing materials, etc.
Production Costing: Analyze machine hours, labour costs, wastage, power, and other manufacturing expenses.
Quotation Costing: Prepare accurate cost sheets and quotations for current products and customer requirements.
Cost Variance Analysis: Compare estimated cost vs. actual cost and identify reasons for variations.
Cost Reduction: Identify prospects to reduce production costs without affecting quality.
BOM Verification: Check and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM), consumption norms, and standard costs.
Inventory Cost Analysis: Coordinate with Stores/Purchase/Production teams to monitor material consumption and inventory valuation.
MIS & Reports:



Prepare daily/monthly costing reports, profitability reports, and management MIS.
Profitability Analysis: Calculate product-wise/job-wise margins and provide inputs for pricing decisions.
Data & Documentation: Maintain costing records, rate sheets, cost history, and supporting documents.
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, Sales, Accounts, and Management for accurate costing.
ERP/Excel: Update and maintain costing data in ERP/software and prepare Excel-based cost analysis.
Budget Support: Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning.
Management Support: Provide costing insights to management for pricing, profitability, and business decisions.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
