Job Summary

Country Inn Smart Stays, Gurugram is looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) to handle day-to-day maintenance and ensure smooth operation of hotel facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Monitor and maintain hotel equipment, ensuring optimal performance
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective actions
Maintain records of maintenance work and report major issues to management
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies




Assist in preventive maintenance schedules

Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
1–3 years of experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills

Preferred Skill
Experience in hospitality industry maintenance
Knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
