Key Responsibilities:

Procure electronic components, equipment, and related materials as per company requirements.

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.

Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate purchase terms.

Prepare and process purchase orders through ERP systems.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and quality requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid stock shortages.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, vendor details, and procurement documentation.

Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents.

Coordinate with stores, accounts, and sales teams for smooth procurement operations.

Track market trends, pricing fluctuations,



and product availability.

Ensure timely receipt of materials and resolve supplier-related issues.

Generate procurement reports and maintain MIS records using Excel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
