3–5 years of experience in construction/project management or site execution.
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Robust experience in labour management and site execution.
Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and site practices.
Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple activities/work fronts at site.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting; MS Project/Primavera/AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
Willingness to work in a site-based and demanding construction workplace.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment to project deadlines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
