Job Summary

Urban Land Products is looking for a confident and smart Telecaller – Sales to handle outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive, sales-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up with leads and generate sales opportunities.
Explain products/services clearly and address basic customer queries.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Achieve assigned calling and sales objectives.





Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer handling.
Freshers with positive communication and confidence are welcome.
Smart, confident, and persuasive while speaking with customers.
Good verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and regular follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.
Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
