About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven hands-on experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a solid track record of generating qualified leads, sales, and measurable business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
Manage campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
YouTube Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Other relevant advertising platforms
Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related tools.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
Create and test ad creatives, landing pages, and remarketing campaigns.
Generate performance reports and actionable insights.
Work closely with sales and creative teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience managing lead generation or eCommerce campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certification.
Meta Certified Professional.
