Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced PGT – English to join our Matriculation School. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons, strengthening students’ language and communication skills, and preparing them for academic excellence and board examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective English lessons aligned with the Matriculation curriculum.
Teach English language, literature, grammar, vocabulary, and composition using engaging methodologies.
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, and critical-thinking skills.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and teaching resources.
Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
Prepare students for board examinations and other academic assessments.
Encourage students to participate in debates, public speaking, essay writing, creative writing, and literary activities.
Provide remedial and individualized support to students based on their learning needs.




Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive and inclusive learning workplace.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment reports.
Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress when required.
Participate actively in staff meetings, school events, examinations, workshops, and co-curricular activities.

Eligibility
M.A./M.Sc. English or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred/required as per school norms.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience in a Matriculation School is preferred.
Strong classroom management and student mentoring abilities.
Ability to use digital teaching tools and technology effectively.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
