We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support our recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, be comfortable interacting with candidates, and have a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify suitable candidates for various open positions.
Post job openings on recruitment platforms and other relevant channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Contact and communicate with potential candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Assist with other day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

Requirements:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
Freshers and candidates with prior recruitment experience are welcome.
