Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to ensure excellent customer service and maintain robust relationships with customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, feedback, queries, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their requests, requirements, and special needs.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Actively engage with customers and promote cake products, including custom cakes, pastries, and desserts.
Handle customer inquiries, take orders, and process sales transactions accurately.
Coordinate closely with the café team to ensure smooth and productive operations.





Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, café, or restaurant operations is preferred(6 months experience).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
Positive knowledge of Malayalam and English; additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to work in weekends and holidays.
Candidates residing nearby are preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
