Job Description – Creative Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and talented Creative Designer with around 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive eye for design, creativity, and the ability to create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing, branding, and other promotional activities.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colours, and layouts.
Ability to create creative and engaging social media designs.
Basic knowledge of branding and digital marketing is an advantage.
Positive communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.




Portfolio of previous design work is preferred.

Responsibilities
Create creative designs for social media posts, stories, advertisements, posters, banners, and campaigns.
Develop visual concepts according to client and company requirements.
Create designs that align with brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative campaigns.
Make design modifications based on feedback.
Stay updated with current design trends and social media trends.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Prepare designs in appropriate formats for digital and print use.
Contribute recent and creative ideas for marketing campaigns and branding projects.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
