Qualification
Final-year B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / Post Basic Nursing student or recently qualified nurse undergoing internship.
Valid Nursing Council registration if applicable

Role Purpose

To support nursing care delivery under supervision by assisting in patient care activities, gaining hands-on clinical experience, and adhering to hospital policies, safety, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist registered nurses in providing basic patient care as per care plans.
Monitor and record vital signs, intake–output, and patient observations.
Support patient hygiene, mobility, feeding, and comfort measures.
Assist in medication preparation and administration under supervision.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.
Follow infection control practices,



patient safety protocols, and biomedical waste management guidelines.
Support ward procedures, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Communicate patient needs and concerns to the supervising nurse.

Skills & Competencies
Valuable communication skills.
Should be able to handle all kind of wound including the burns wound
Proper documentation of the procedures and the incident reporting to be done in regular intervals.
