Key Responsibilities
Budgeting: Create annual budgets and monitor ongoing expenses.
Forecasting: Predict future earnings and cash flow needs.

· Compliance: Follow tax laws, accounting standards, and local regulations.: Ensure adherence to tax laws, regulatory standards, and financial policies.

· Financial Strategy: Build long-term financial plans, manage capital structure, and guide investment decisions.

· Cash Flow and Risk: Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and evaluate financial risks.

· Reporting and Budgets: Oversee accounting, financial forecasting, and accurate reporting for stakeholders. Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial summaries.

· · Team Leadership: Direct and mentor finance and accounting departments Supervise accountants,



analysts, and junior finance staff

Cost Accounting : · Fixed Costs: Expenses that do not change with production levels (e.g., rent, salaries).

· Variable Costs: Expenses that fluctuate directly with output volume (e.g., raw materials).
