Business Analyst – Consultant I (B3)

Experience: 9+ Years

Role Summary

Support CXI Discovery through process analysis, documentation, workshop support, and stakeholder follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Document current-state processes, workshop notes, decisions, and action items.
Create process maps, assessment notes, and discovery artifacts.
Support research, data analysis, gap analysis, and findings.
Maintain trackers, repositories, and deliverable traceability.
Support Consultants/BA Leads with analysis and presentations.

Must Have
2–5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Process Consulting, PMO, or Transformation.
Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
Experience in healthcare payer, claims, member experience, G&A;, audit, or regulatory workflows.
Robust process mapping, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.




Experience with stakeholder workshops and requirements documentation
