Sales Trainer

We are looking for a confident, experienced, and result-oriented Sales Trainer to train, mentor, and develop our teams across different functions related to sales, business development, client handling, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for current and existing employees across relevant sales, business development, and client-facing teams.
Train employees on effective communication, client handling, sales techniques, and service explanation.
Conduct practical exercises, role-plays, activities, and assessments to ensure effective learning.
Develop and implement effective training modules, presentations, activities, and learning materials.
Work closely with management to understand training requirements and design relevant training programs.

Eligibility & Requirements
Strong ability to motivate, coach, and engage different types of employees.
Solid understanding of sales techniques, communication, customer handling, and team development.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
