We are looking for Hunter Sales Officers to expand the market presence of Pavizham Oils across Kerala. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify new shops, convert them into active Pavizham Oils outlets, and establish regular billing from newly acquired customers.

The candidate should be willing to travel and work across different parts of Kerala. The job location will be dynamic and may change based on the requirements and direction of the Sales Head.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new shops, supermarkets, wholesalers, and potential outlets.
Convert recent shops into active Pavizham Oils customers.
Generate the first billing from every newly acquired shop.
Ensure a minimum of 3 billings from each newly added shop to establish it as an active customer.
Identify new market opportunities, untapped areas, and potential customer segments.
Expand Pavizham Oils' distribution network and market coverage across Kerala.
Regularly follow up with newly acquired outlets to ensure repeat orders and consistent billing.




Maintain accurate records of newly added outlets and their billing performance.
Submit regular reports on new outlet additions, sales, billing, and market development activities.
Achieve assigned outlet acquisition and billing targets.

Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in FMCG sales, field sales, distribution, or channel sales is preferred.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach to sales.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
Must be adaptable to work in different districts/locations across Kerala based on business requirements.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new outlets acquired.
First billing generated from new outlets.
Minimum 3 billings per newly acquired outlet.
Repeat order and active outlet conversion rate.
Market expansion and coverage of new territories.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
