Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled machine operator for our specialized margarine manufacturing facility in Congo. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production line machinery to ensure continuous, high-quality margarine manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor margarine manufacturing equipment (emulsifiers, crystallization units, scraped surface heat exchangers, and packaging lines).

Quality Control: Monitor raw materials, fat blends, and final margarine texture to maintain strict manufacturing standards.

Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine cleanings, basic mechanical checks,



and troubleshooting; adhere strictly to operational safety procedures.

Production Logs: Keep accurate daily records of batch output, machine downtime, and material consumption.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Direct prior experience working in a margarine manufacturing plant is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills: Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on familiarity with specialized margarine processing and packaging lines.

Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical operational tasks, stand for extended shifts, and work in a plant workplace.

Flexibility: Willingness to relocate/work in office in Congo and adapt to shift schedules.

Pay: ₹76,314.98 - ₹90,117.32 per month
