Kindergarten / Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking passionate educators who bring a patient, caring, and child-led approach to early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:
Foster foundational exploration, critical thinking, and confidence using child-centric philosophies.
Design a warm, engaging classroom setting that aligns with our premium pedagogical standards.
Communicate effectively with young learners and collaborate with parents to support individual development.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Montessori Certification (AMI/AMS/MACTE preferred) or a background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) / Child Psychology.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Kindergarten or Pre-Primary teaching.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English ; robust classroom management capabilities.
Preference will be given to Outstation candidates (Accommodation provided)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
