About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Operator to support our day-to-day operational activities, including parcel handling, stock management, weighing of goods, client coordination, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, check, and verify jewellery parcels received from clients.
Accurately weigh incoming and outgoing goods.
Maintain and update daily stock records.
Check quantities, weights, and details against relevant documents.
Coordinate with clients regarding parcel receipts, order details, and other requirements.
Maintain proper records of received and dispatched parcels.
Coordinate with factory, sales, and other internal departments.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure all jewellery and stock-related records are updated accurately and on time.




Follow company procedures for handling and recording jewellery goods.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in back-office, inventory, stock handling, or jewellery operations preferred.
Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle jewellery/valuable goods responsibly.
Freshers with positive computer and communication skills may also be considered.
