Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Import/Export Qualified to manage our gym and fitness equipment to government and semi-government sectors, including police and army organizations including sports sector and a wellness sector. . The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating imports and exports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Process Management: Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.
Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Spend Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and process improvements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.




Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including suppliers, internal customers, and management.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Certifications: Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is preferred.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings and demonstrations.
