Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and networking
Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels; gather and consolidate interview feedback
Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with transparent, data-backed recommendations
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation in coordination with HR and compensation guidelines
Ensure a positive, qualified candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion, etc.)
Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs/campus recruiting as needed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
