Job Responsibilities:
Verify customer KYC documents and information.
Handle customer verification and documentation.
Make calls to customers for KYC-related information.
Update and maintain customer records.
Ensure documents are accurate and complete.
Follow company KYC and verification procedures.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable with calling and documentation.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
