We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team.
Experience: 2+ years
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow up with clients/leads
Handle customer queries professionally
Maintain call and customer records
Coordinate with the sales/operations team
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets
Requirements:
2+ years of telecalling experience
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive customer-handling skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore
