Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to drive leads, sales, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
Optimize campaigns for better CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad optimization.
Work with the design/content team for ad creatives.
Track conversions and analyze campaign data.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
