Job Description – Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical & Utilities)
Qualification: /B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Relevant experience in pharmaceutical maintenance(4-8years experience)
Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utility equipment, including DG, chiller, compressor, Boiler, ETP, WTP, HVAC, fire system, UPS, LT/HT panels, and transformers.
Conduct routine inspections and prepare weekly maintenance schedules to ensure smooth plant operations.
Troubleshoot mechanical and utility equipment to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with the Production, QA, QC, Stores, HR, and Administration departments for maintenance activities.
Supervise maintenance and electrical teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.




Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
Manage vendors, obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and coordinate AMC/service activities.
Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Maintain maintenance records and update the Vendor Escalation Matrix.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
