Hiring – Senior Accountant

Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Position: Senior Accountant
Work Mode: Work From Office
Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience, last drawn salary & interview performance)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR 1 to ITR 7).
Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.
Prepare and maintain Tax Audit documentation, including Form 3CA, 3CB and 3CD.
Handle TDS calculation, challan payments and return filing.
Manage PF and ESIC compliance and related documentation.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
Independently manage statutory compliance requirements and ensure timely filings.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.

Requirements




Graduate in B.Com, Finance, Accounting or a related qualification.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF and ESIC.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Experience in handling statutory compliances independently.
Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with solid hands-on experience in GST, TDS and Income Tax filing.
Candidates who can independently manage accounting and statutory compliance activities.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
