We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow our social media pages.

The ideal candidate should be able to shoot and edit photos/videos using a mobile phone, create engaging Reels and posts, and understand social media algorithms and current trends.

Responsibilities
Manage our Instagram, Facebook and other social media pages
Create and shoot high-quality photos and videos using a mobile phone
Edit Reels, short videos, photos and promotional content
Create creative and engaging content ideas
Stay updated with Instagram/Facebook trends and algorithms
Plan and maintain a regular content calendar
Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags
Monitor page performance, reach, engagement and views
Develop strategies to increase followers, reach and engagement
Analyze content performance and improve future content accordingly

Requirements




Previous experience in social media management and content creation
Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and organic growth
Good mobile photography and videography skills
Valuable video and photo editing skills
Creative mindset and ability to create new content ideas
Knowledge of current social media trends
Ability to work independently and take initiative

Experience: 1+ year preferred

Important: We are looking for someone who can create the content themselves — shooting + editing + posting + managing + growing the pages.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
