Drive Investment/Deposit mobilization and achieve branch investment targets.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with investment customers and generate recent business.
Lead and manage branch operations, sales, and customer service.
Drive Gold Loan business, including sourcing, renewals, and customer acquisition.
Promote and achieve targets for Insurance products.
Monitor branch performance, team productivity, collections, and compliance.
Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and RBI guidelines.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate with 3+ years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services.
Strong experience in Investment/Deposit mobilization and sales preferred.
Good leadership, communication, networking, and customer relationship skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to lead a branch team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
