Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused BPO Executive to handle customer interactions, calls, and daily operational activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable working in a target-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers and maintain proper records.
Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Achieve assigned targets and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Telugu / Kannada / Tamil/ Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Have experinece in sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
