Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager / Unicommerce Operator to manage day-to-daywarehouse operations, inventory, order processing, dispatch, and team coordination. The ideal candidateshould have strong MS Excel skills, hands-on experience with Unicommerce, and positive knowledge of e-commerce warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:-
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inward, outward, storage, anddispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation, and stock accuracy.
Operate Unicommerce for order processing, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Manage and monitor orders received through Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Ensure timely order processing, packing, and dispatch.
Identify and resolve stock mismatches, shortages, and excess inventory.
Prepare daily and weekly inventory, order, and warehouse MIS reports.
Manage warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor team productivity.
Ensure proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and process discipline.




Coordinate with e-commerce, logistics, and other internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Ensure operational efficiency and timely completion of daily activities.

Required Skills:-
Strong knowledge ofwarehouse and inventory management.
Excellent MS Excel skills– formulas, sorting, filtering, data management, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is preferred.
Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Solid stock tracking, reconciliation, and numerical skills.
Good team management and coordination abilities.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Positive communication and organizational skills.

2–5 years of experience in Warehouse Management, E-commerce Operations, Inventory Management, or Unicommerce Operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
