Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Executive to manage our recruitment process and help us build a strong team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes across departments. Not more than 1 year experience and immediate joinee preferred

Responsibilities:
Post job openings on various platforms and job boards
Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field




1–3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
